From authorization to dispatch

Once payment is authorized, an order normally needs 1–2 business days for verification, packing, and carrier handoff. Weekends, holidays, address questions, and exceptional order volume may extend preparation.

Travel after shipment

After the carrier accepts the parcel, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. This is a delivery estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date, because weather and carrier disruptions can intervene.

Rates, service area, and tracking

The delivery destinations, services, charges, and any offer available to the cart are shown at checkout. Tracking is sent through the order contact details when the carrier provides it.

Resolving delivery issues

Review the shipping address before checkout. For delay, loss, damage, or a parcel marked delivered but not located, email lawalimasaudu552@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details so we can review the shipment.
