How long does fulfillment take?

Order preparation is normally 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization. Estimated carrier transit is a separate 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Can I return an item that is not defective?

Yes. Both qualifying defective and non-defective new items may be returned, and exchanges are accepted, when requested within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective return must be new and unused.

What should I use to mail an approved return?

Use the free prepaid return label included in the package after approval and confirmation of the correct return instructions. No restocking fee is charged.

When does a refund begin?

An approved refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. The financial institution may require more time before the credit appears.
